      Been cutting,

      Yesterday did:
      90kg, 4×12 barbell good mornings
      90kg, 4×12 Banded Hack Squats
      24kg, 4×20 Goblet squat w/ blood flow occlusion
      25kg, 4×12 Reverse hyper
      20 min cardio cooldown
      Tempering roller 5 min on lower back
