      Single arm machine row – 45kg. 12, 12, 12, 12.
      Incline DB press – 35kg. 8, 8, 8.
      DB Lateral raises – 12.5kg. 10, 10, 10.
      Alt DB curls – 12.5kg. 18, 18, 18.
      OH tricep press -41kg. 8, 12, 12.
      Crunches – BW. 10, 10, 10.
