Training to: 1) get to, and maintain, healthy body fat between 10-20%. 2) Build and maintain decent strength numbers. Current goal 165kg bench and 245kg deadlift. 3) get better at running coz i suck at it and it helps build grit and a healthy heart and lungs. Run a sub 4:40 marathon in 2025. 4) not get injured
