          Bench Press – 140kg. 6. 120kg. 8, 8.
          Weighted Dips – 20kg. 9, 9, 9.
          Seated Cable Rows – 40kg. 12, 12, 12.

          Switched out scheduled BB rows for light seated cable rows for a slow controlled stretch now that my lower back has gone and turned gay.

              Leg extensions – 81kg. 9, 9, 9.
              A2G split squats – BW. 12, 12, 12.

              Had some deadlifts programmed but decided to bring my deload week forward to rest up. Did a bunch of stretches on the roman chair and some jefferson curls with dumbbells to stretch it out.

                  Mon 24 Feb

                  BW 108.3

                  Bench – 150kg x 3. 130kg. 5, 5.
                  Pull-ups – BW. 8, 8, 8.
                  Triceps pushdowns – 68kg. 11, 11, 11.

                  Had 150 x 5 programmed for bench. But only got 3. Back is sore but didn’t really affect bench. Just weak I think.
